Site Description & Capacity

West exterior patio – Our large west patio is encompassed by a lush, vibrant garden of hand-picked succulents, cacti and assorted flax plants. The patio is a showcase for our large stone fountain, transported here from our original location in Old Town, San Diego. The large patio is perfect for dining under the stars, a private banquet up to 70 people or quick lunch in an exotic setting. During the summer, our patio bar ensures a quick return of our world-famous frosty margaritas.

The entire patio consists of 27 tables and can seat up to 125 guests.

North cocktail patio – Enjoy weekday happy hour at our north cocktail patio, where we offer appetizers at half-off and discounted beverages between 4-7 p.m. Great for a quick get-together between soccer practice or PTA meetings, this area seats up to 30 guests comfortably under our covered archway.

Casa de Bandini has always strived to provide services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. We have established policies and procedures to ensure we provide goods and services to all of our clients.
It is Casa de Bandini’s policy to remove barriers to full access to our services whenever that is readily achievable, and to develop products and services with accessibility standards taken into account.
To achieve this goal, we have adopted this policy and a plan of implementation that includes the following initiatives:
• Accessibility Guidelines – We have put in place processes to make accessibility and meeting the criteria known as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 AA, as recommended by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium, integral to our software development efforts, design specifications and product roadmaps. We will measure and track our progress to ensure we continually make improvements to address the evolving industry standards and to meet the accessibility needs of our customers and visitors to our websites.
• Employee Training – Accessibility is central to our design and development efforts. Employees who are central to those roles will be educated and trained on accessibility guidelines to support compliance with this policy.
• Alternatives – Casa de Bandini offers alternate measures for accessibility of current content and services available on the Casa de Bandini website. The alternate measures provide accessible means for persons with disabilities to access any inaccessible content or services on the Casa de Bandini website until remediated or replaced with conforming equivalents. Alternate measures can be initiated by sending an email to support@casadebandini.com

Implementation Plan
Casa de Bandini will develop its websites, applications, online services and similar interactive services (each a “Web Property”) to the criteria known as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 AA, as recommended by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium (the “Accessibility Guidelines”). Casa de Bandini will test and confirm the accessibility of each Web Property to the Accessibility Guidelines in advance of initial launch and thereafter at appropriate intervals. In the event that an Accessibility Guideline is not met, Casa de Bandini will require corrective action. If corrective action to meet the applicable Accessibility Guideline is not readily achievable, Casa de Bandini will ensure that a reasonable alternative measure is available to ensure accessibility to the service or feature affected by the nonconformity until the Guideline is met.

Monitoring

Upon attainment of the Accessibility Guidelines for a Web Property, Casa de Bandini will annually monitor the Web Property and test for conformity to the Accessibility Guidelines in any newly created content for such Web Property.

Alternate Measures
Prior to achieving complete conformity with the Accessibility Guidelines, Casa de Bandini will implement, on an interim basis, alternate measures for accessibility of current content and services available on the applicable Web Property. The alternate measures will provide accessible means for persons with disabilities to access any inaccessible content or services on the applicable Casa de Bandini Web Property until the Accessibility Standard is fully implemented. Alternate measures can be accessed by sending an email to support@casadebandini.com or by calling the customer service department associated with the Web Property.

Complaints and Responses

Questions or complaints regarding a Casa de Bandini Web Property may be directed to Casa de Bandini by email at support@casadebandini.com. A member of the Casa de Bandini Law Department will review the question or complaint and respond with regard to the nature of the question or complaint, including in such response the referral to alternative assistive measures which may resolve or address the question or complaint.

Training
The Website Accessibility Leads will provide training to all Casa de Bandini personnel involved through the Casa de Bandini Web Properties regarding (a) the requirements of website accessibility pursuant to the Accessibility Guidelines, (b) the technology providing accessibility to the website, and (c) the content of this Casa de Bandini Website Accessibility Policy. The training will be conducted on a regular basis, and at least annually, for Casa de Bandini personnel involved in servicing e commerce through the Casa de Bandini website.
